Order cancellation

If the online order has been completed but the product has not been shipped, you can call 210 2584380 or contact us via the contact form with your order code in order to cancel your order.

The following applies after shipment of the product.

Returns - defective product replacements

You have the right to return the products you purchased and to request their replacement. Returns are accepted within 15 days and only if the products are brand new, have not been unsealed or have been tampered with and are accompanied by supporting documents (receipt, invoice etc.).
In case of return, the user will be charged the appropriate shipping cost, except in cases where faulty products or products with genuine defects were shipped by the company, so we bear all the cost of transporting the old and new product.
